Key Responsibilities
Represent Utah County Reviews (a division of Moller Marketing, LLC) in a professional and ethical manner.
Adhere to approved sales techniques and processes in dealing with potential clients.
Communicate effectively with other team members regarding business development and follow-up.
Tasks and Work Activities
- Interview local businesses in Utah County.
- Create quality content in a review format to be featured on the UtahCountyReviews.com website.
- Deliver sales presentations using approved methods in order to persuade potential customers to purchase our services.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, payment method.
- Enter orders into computer system.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage and improve business relationship with client
- Learn the in’s and out’s of WordPress
- Implement keyword research to optimize business reviews for top placement in search engines
- Track keyword targeting on at least a weekly basis and share this with clients
Education and Experience
Years of Experience:
- Consultative selling experience preferred but not required.
- Online marketing experience preferred but not necessarily required.
- Utah County business connections preferred but not required.
Education:
- 4 year degree preferred but not required.
Skills and Knowledge
Required:
- Superior customer service skills with ability to create and maintain effective relationships with potential clients.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, adapt and thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and determination to succeed.
- Ability to meet quality standards.
- Intermediate computer skills in web-based applications, especially WordPress.
- Personal time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and issues confidentially and with discretion.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
Work Context
